We are pleased to announce the opening of a new Dan’s Fan City retail store in Marietta, Georgia. The store is located in East Cobb, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Roswell road in the Pinestraw Shopping Center. The fully renovated space, between Trader Joe’s and New Balance Footwear, features stained wood beams that show our wide selection of ceiling fans, along with new flooring and wall covering.
Meet David, New Owner of the Marietta Location
The owner of the new store, David, started in the Dan’s Fan City corporate store in Ft. Myers, Florida, seven years ago. Over that time, he consistently grew the business while providing exceptional service and dedication to his customers. When Dan’s Fan City decided to open a new location in Marietta, we approached David with the opportunity to have his own store—he eagerly accepted.

We carry a large inventory at this location so you are able to purchase a fan on the spot with no waiting. Inside, you will find nearly 80 different indoor and outdoor ceiling fan models on display, along with all of the various motor finishes and an extensive lineup of blade finishes. Shoppers can also explore lights, switches, down-rods and accessories. We handle all of our warranties as well as service in-house.
Dan’s Fan City History
Dan's Fan City was started in 1979 by Dan Hibbeln Sr. and his partner Georgia Wood in Clearwater, Florida. We produce our own line of ceiling fans and accessories under our Gulf Coast Fan and TroposAir brands. The vision of our founder is being carried out today by the second generation while the third generation continues to learn the business.
