Warranty Repair or Replacement

In the event that you need to send your fan back for warranty repair or replacement, please contact us first to try to troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone, we can be reached at toll free 1-855-326-7352.  In the event that we are not able to resolve the issue please follow the instructions below.

Instructions:

1. Disassemble fan, remove blade arms, lights, accessories and down-rod.
2. Package motor assembly with plenty of packaging so that it can be shipped safely.
3. Please include a copy of your order, receipt or email from the original purchase inside the package.
4. Please include your name, address, phone #, email and a brief description of the issue
5. Please insure the package for the amount of the purchase price
6. You can ship anyway you would like provided you are able to track the package.

Once the item has arrived we will review the item to determine the issue and confirm that it is under warranty.  Then we will repair or replace and ship the item back to you.
